THE ATTORNEYS

Robert Hindin, Esq
Robert Marc Hindin was first admitted to the California State Bar in December 1975. Presently, he is the principal in a small law firm specializing in the field of business litigation and real estate. In addition, he has actively practiced in the areas of family law and personal injury.
Prior to 2008, he was a named partner of the firm Hindin & Abel, LLP, wherein he practiced for over twenty-five years.
Mr. Hindin’s family law practice is limited to high-end divorces involving business and real estate matters as a natural outgrowth of his expertise in those areas. Mr. Hindin is also currently involved in over 300 personal injury cases.
Mr. Hindin has participated in over 150 trials, both jury and bench. He has either been lead counsel or co-counsel on ten (15) appeals. He has personally argued eleven (11) separate appeals before the appellate court. Mr. Hindin has extensive experience in law and motion, discovery, arbitrations and meditations, besides the above-referenced trial work. His appellate work has resulted in the creation of new law. One of these cases was Marriage of Amato. Additionally, in the past, his firm has settled at least three multi-million dollar cases in the field of personal injury and unlawful termination.
Mr. Hindin graduated from the University of Arizona in 1971 with two separate degrees, a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Philosophy and a Bachelor in Science in Psychology. Mr. Hindin attended Western State University College of Law in 1975 and was a member of the Law Review. He was a recipient of the Cal Jur Criminal Law Award in law school.
Privately, Mr. Hindin was a member of the Board of Directors of Bnai Brith for six years and involved in numerous charities relating to said organization. Since becoming an attorney, Mr. Hindin has taken extensive continuing education courses and have given several lectures regarding real estate and business litigation.

Snow Vuong, Esq
Snow Vuong is a senior attorney at Robert Hindin & Associates, APLC. Her experience includes a broad range of litigation matters involving estate planning, business, real estate, employment, and personal injury in both California State and Federal courts. Ms. Vuong has had extensive experience litigating multimillion dollar cases as highlighted by a mid-six figure settlement with Los Angeles County. Ms. Vuong has also successfully drafted and argued complex appeals matters in both State and Federal courts.
Snow Vuong is active in the Chinese and Vietnamese communities throughout the greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas. Ms. Vuong is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of California.
Ms. Vuong earned her B.A. in Sociology in 1999 from California State University, Los Angeles, and graduated earning her Juris Doctorate from Whittier College School of Law in 2003.

Kyle Hindin, Esq
Kyle Hindin is an associate attorney at Robert Hindin & Associates, APLC, and began practicing upon passing the California Bar exam. Mr. Hindin earned his Juris Doctor degree from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law in Orange, California.
While in law school, Mr. Hindin was the regional champion in the American Bar Association Client Counseling Competition and holds a certificate in Mediation from Chapman University School of Law. Prior to law school, Mr. Hindin received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California as well as a certificate in paralegal studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Mr. Hindin specializes in areas of personal injury, business litigation, and family law.

Bruce Abel, Esq
Mr. Abel is rated AV Preeminent™, the highest rating for legal ethics and knowledge of the law by Martindale-HubbellR. He has over thirty-four years of experience litigating and resolving business, insurance and employment disputes. Mr. Abel prosecutes and defends bench and jury trials, arbitrations, mediations and administrative proceedings. He has been lead counsel in appeals that have made California law and argued before the California Court of Appeal and the California Supreme Court.
Mr. Abel represents both plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of civil litigation. His broad range of experience and success is one reason other lawyers retain him to represent them in their legal matters. Mr. Abel is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, a prestigious national organization of trial attorneys and judges who have demonstrated skill, civility, and integrity in trial and are dedicated to protect and preserve the right to jury trial.
Mr. Abel was a guest lecturer in Appellate Advocacy at Whittier School of Law where he also judged Moot Court Competitions. He also taught Corporations at Pierce College and Moorpark College. Additionally, he has sat as a judge protem in hundreds of traffic arraignments and trials. Other quasi-judicial experience includes acting as a Superior Court Referee. Early in his career, Mr. Abel prosecuted misdemeanor cases for the City of Los Angeles. Mr. Abel is the co-author of a college textbook entitled, Business Law in California. He also acts as a fee arbitrator for the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
Mr. Abel earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from UCLA and then earned a master’s degree in writing from San Francisco State University, one of the 4 most prestigious writing schools in the country. Following this, Mr. Abel became a licensed contractor in California and Nevada and ran a multi-million dollar contracting business until he became an attorney in 1982. Mr. Abel graduated with a Juris doctorate from Southwestern School of Law. During law school, he academically distinguished himself by making Dean’s List and earning awards for exceptional achievement in Insurance Law and Intellectual Property.
Mr. Abel, a member in good standing in the California State Bar, is admitted to practice before all the Courts of the State of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and numerous United States District Courts in California.

Abigail Noriega
Abigail Noriega is a paralegal with Robert Hindin & Associates and assists as a liaison with the firm’s Spanish-speaking clients. Ms. Noriega is bi-lingual and a fluent Spanish speaker. Ms. Noriega assists as a case manager on all open cases at Robert Hindin & Associates.

Ismael Noriega
Ismael Noriega is a legal clerk and personal injury intake, specialist. Mr. Noriega is bilingual and a native Spanish speaker. Mr. Noriega assists with the attorney to client communication and day to day operations within the firm. Prior to working with Robert Hindin & Associates Ismael was an architect in Mexico for 7 years.

Richard Ramsay
Richard is a senior case administrator and has over 25 years of experience in the personal injury business. Richard has an excellent understand of client’s complex cases, accident reconstruction, needs and expectations.
